  1. This is my viewpoint as well. There is no way for a country like the United States to discontinue being multiethnic without some extent of ethnic cleansing. Social Marxists' conflation of multiethnic and multicultural is sinister, and is designed to destroy the West. In countries with a fairly homogeneous population still, I would warn against becoming a multiethnic or multicultural, but for those that are already multiethnic, the mission of all nationalists should be to crush multiculturalism. It is the more attainable and feasible goal.

  2. All multiethnic societies have a tendency to become multicultural because ethnicity and culture are positively correlated. Less of X ethnic group, less of X ethnic group's culture. More of X ethnic group, more of X ethnic groups culture. This is simple logic and it translates to basically any ethnic group. When a previously dominant ethnocultural group becomes a minority through a process of migration, low birth rates, or whatever (and that looks to be the case for Euro Americans in the near future) that ethnocultural group will eventually lose its ability to make other groups acculturate, especially if there are no economic or social incentives for the newcomers to acculturate. If the previously dominant group forces newcomers to acculturate involuntarily, that is basically cultural supremacism. If members of other cultures outnumber members of Western culture, there will be nothing that stops them from refusing to acculturate. Ethnic demographics and culture are intrinsically linked. Want cultural homogeneity? Ethnic homogeneity is surest bet.
