  1. Yep. The general statute of limitations for noncapital federal crimes is three to five years, depending on the offense (18 U.S.C. ยง 3282.). It will be impossible to charge them with perjury, embezzlement, bribery, destroying records etc. within the very near future. However, there is no statue of limitations for murder or treason - crimes which both Obama and Clinton are guilty of, but will never be charged with.
