  1. The media actually condemns people as guilty before their trial all the time. It causes problems with jury selection. The Steve Avery trial (Making a Murderer) and the OJ Simpson trial are examples where this issue comes into play. Regardless, I think if the media can do it, Trump should be able to. Trump's comments should give the guy a better chance of a fair trial if anything, given how many people are so excruciatingly incensed by and adverse to anything Trump says or does.
