Bernie so kawaii open your eyes. Every largely socialist system has lead to nothing but chaos, bloodshed and misery. Those that work only work for a time, usually under authoritarian control, and then eventually crumble. How many times will Marxism need to fail in real world applications for the world to realize it is a failed fucking project?

Bernie so kawaii every country you mentioned is a market economy. All are mixed systems, no different from the U.S. and despite this, they are all unsustainable. All will crumble under the weight of their corruption and bureaucratically inefficient social systems. The only reason any of those countries you mentioned were able to install social welfare systems are because they created a surplus using a capitalist system. You are deluded about socialism. It doesn't fucking work. Get over it.

Bernie so kawaii I have several real world examples that socialism doesn't work and many more to come. I've also worked for the federal government and have witnessed first hand how criminally neglectful they are of taxpayer dollars. Everything the government touches turns into shit, and socialism is all about government control. Leftist policies don't take human nature into account. Humans need to be self determined and self accountable in order for society to survive.

Bernie so kawaii at least we agree about one thing. Germany will fall within decades. These systems, even with a homogenous and productive population, will eventually fail because of the innate flaws of the human character. Socialism creates entitled, lazy, and unintuitive people. Japan will eventually fail too. Leftist polices never consider eventualities and lack long term foresight.

Maria De Los Angeles Morales Mavarez I think he'd/she'd rather observe from the comfort and prosperity of a still nominally capitalist, first world system and point to doomed and incomparable systems like the Scandinavian model as evidence that socialism works, not even taking into account that every socialist lite system that currently is working only does because of 1.) they previously had mostly homogenous populations and 2.) they kept their economies more free-market than not.

Government entities squander and destroy everything they touch. The less they touch the better.

Bernie so kawaii social democracy is not a thing. Democratic socialism is still socialism. Simply saying corruption exists in all government systems is a poor excuse. If you admit that, why would you espouse a system that allows the government to control more than they don't?

Cuba is so spectacular too, a virtual utopia. That's why the Cuban government doesn't let their citizens leave the country. Oh...wait...hmmm......

Bernie so kawaii what the actual fuck are you even talking about? What purely socialist country is in the top 25 on the OEC rankings of economic complexity? They are all market economies. Some are edging towards purer forms of socialism like Germany, Sweden, France etc. Globalism and mass immigration will overburden and destroy those systems. Right now you are seeing socialist lite systems prosper because there is still enough surplus wealth (from prior capitalist prosperity and those that remain productive despite oppressive tax rates) to redistribute to the corrupt institutions that sustain the burdensome parasites that socialism spawns. Some countries were at least wise enough to diversify their economies, unlike Venezuela. These are the types on the OEC top 25 list. Socialism cannot exist forever in a mixed system. Centrally planned systems grow like cancer and become more and more inept and unsustainable as time passes. Eventually, a combination of economic stagnation, massive government spending, and mass immigration will overburden and destroy the U.S. system as well. The scales have already tipped and it is only a matter of time.

Bernie so kawaii how many times are you going to call a failed socialist project "the exception, not the rule?" It's the definition of insanity to continue installing centrally planned governments.

Bernie so kawaii here's a fact breh....Bernie's proposed healthcare plan would cost 32 trillion over 10 years according to LEFTIST think tanks. Current revenue the federal government makes from income tax amounts to 1.5 trillion per year. Ready to pay twice the taxes you pay just for socialized medicine? Have you ever been to the VA? Heard the horror stories of what happens when unaccountable government bureaucrats are charged with administering healthcare? Only 1.5 million people use VA health. 350 million, maybe more, and counting would be eligible for socialized medicine. Grow a brain. Socialism doesn't work and Bernie is a cuckoo Leftist that thinks small. He's a Vermont senator, and thinks in terms of his little homogenous state, which is similar to the population, demographics, income disparity etc. of a Scandinavian country. That is why he has such a hard on for the Scandinavian model, but he forgot about the rest of the country that would suffer under that system.
