  1. Rand is right about the 4th amendment and the extra-judicious FISA court. The Patriot Act is flawed, and gives the government the power to do much more than protect our national security. It creates an avenue to circumvent the 4th amendment and obviously if it is used for partisan reasons, as it was against the Trump campaign, it can cause the complete compromise of our system.
