  1. As an RMN of 37 years I think she has a very ‘difficult’ personality’ dominated by a very intense sense of entitlement. Her ‘entitlement schema’ led to her being extraordinarily paranoid - the dissonance created by her entitled expectations collided reality exploded in a massive burst of paranoia and indignation. She has a most proud external locus of control as well - it’s never her fault!
