Use your brain. Nothing has been proven yet, and the media is legally bound to use terms like "mystery" and also "missing" for Brian, for legal reasons, because it cannot be proven yet that he is hiding, as he could have been k*dnapped. Of course we all believe that he fled. That much is reasonable to assume for the public, but the media obviously isn't going to confirm anything in this case unless it has been proven.

@b_ail1999 There's no justification for his response. It was well beyond reasonable, and could have killed her from the kick alone, if she had a very sensitive heart condition, etc. Think about it...
