But it is statistically proven that the better the state education system is, the better the quality of life and crime rates are. Also, what does criminal reform have to do directly with stop and searches? Nothing. Police should not have the ability to just search people for no reason. Because there is no reason to. You are being disingenuous. Solve the crimes at the root causes early on, instead of putting plaster over it and calling it fixed.
