  1. Africa has so many natural resources and its wealth is largely untapped and yet it is badly governed and plagued by civil strife, dictatorship and tribalism. Much of the wealth that has poured into Africa from the West, has simply disappeared into the pockets of the well connected and then circulated back in Swiss Bank accounts and the like. Africa is on the move but, it will still take some time and the West needs to stop subsidizing tyranny and incompetence.
