Could the Russians have won the war without Lend Lease? It seems by 43, the USSR was badly bled and depended more and more on Western/US food stuffs, trucks, chemicals, medicines, factories, radios, trains etc... basically everything except for oil, artillery, tanks and planes. Without all of this STUFF, it seems extremely problematic that the USSR could have really gone on the offensive and or even survived in a protracted struggle sans Lend Lease.
It has been estimated that American deliveries to the USSR through the Persian Corridor alone were sufficient, by US Army standards, to maintain sixty combat divisions in the line.
