There is no evidence for that assertion and were it true, you would expect vastly higher deaths of civilians. The primary war aim is the destruction of Hamas. Afghan style urban campaign, WTF??? 2.3 million people in Gaza, not 3 million. Recruiting without arms is not a good strategy and nothing is coming into Gaza so...
