  1. MMA and martial arts might be a mind game leading up to it, but it is just as much a physical game. The mind game comes in preventing the need for it to turn physical in martial arts. Once the fight has started, the only part of the mind games that comes into it is getting the fight over as fast as possible with the best outcome. To that end, it's the physical advantage that helps achieve that goal. No matter what the sport or activity, if two people or two teams of people are facing off against one another, they need to treat each other as equally skilled and capable. THAT is true equality. So for all those times in the video where it looks like the guys are "going hard" or being "too tough" on the women, it's not that at all. They are simply treating them as equals, people who are equally as capable, and approaching the situation as such. Equality is what so many claim to want, but actually most don't really want equality, they want things to be easier for the women.
