...and there's nothing wrong with that. Most of the time South Asian countries always select fair skinned women for big beauty pageants but now they're selecting dark skinned women which is a good thing to showcase that light and dark skinned Asian women are beautiful.

@oioierwinpp7843 Yes you're right, it's just that traditionally in many Asian cultures, fair skin is promoted as beautiful at the expense of dark skin so it creates this narrative that one can never be beautiful if they have any shade that is not considered "fair".

@sumeet3773 Not really per her skin tone in the video. If you've seen Nepali celebrities, they all have pale white skin as in the colour of snow or a white sheet of paper.
