@asianbreed3990 They co-existed long enough without any trouble until the Tatmadaw took power in the 1960s. The NUG is working on reintegrating everybody into Burmese society. There is a Rohingya minister in Aung San Suu Kyi's political party.

Tamils? Who here is Tamil and this has nothing to do with the British. Move on.

It's a break away group of the Communist Party of Burma

@SirisenaDhammarakhita Yes they were given citizenship. You have no understanding of Burmese history. Rohingyas were stripped off their citizenship and they were rendered stateless by the Tatmadaw. Use Google and learn about Myanmar's military dictatorship.
2
@SirisenaDhammarakhita I am aware of what has happened to the Chakma but they were not stripped off their citizenship like the Rohingyas were. Keep up.
2
@SirisenaDhammarakhita Stop larping as a Buddhist. Buddhist people don't behave like this. You are a North Indian Hindu man using a Sri Lankan first name and a Theravada Buddhist name used by nuns and monks in Sri Lanka, Thailand and other countries.

They don't know how to do anything, they only know how to fight online.

@pjacobsen1000 China isn't accepting any refugees. The only Burmese they accept are the Jade traders, many of whom are Burmese Muslims, who live and work in Yunnan and speak Mandarin and contribute to the Chinese economy. When it comes to other Burmese, they don't want them.
2
They're too busy focusing on Palestine, look at Malaysia and Indonesia. They forgot Southeast Asia exists, they think they're Arabs.
1
@ZX235w3 No, they only care when it's Middle Eastern and North African Muslims. They don't care one bit about Rohingyas or Uyghurs, let alone anybody else.

@SirisenaDhammarakhita The Rohingyas are not illegals. They were considered indigenous to Myanmar until the Tatmadaw came to power. Aung San Suu Kyi's NUG literally has a Rohingya minister in her political party. There was a genocide and the Tatmadaw are behind it, ordinary Burmese realise what the Tatmadaw did and now support them.

@haricharan9852 They are not terrorists. They were considered indigenous to Myanmar until the Tatmadaw came to power. Aung San Suu Kyi's NUG literally has a Rohingya minister in her political party. There was a genocide and the Tatmadaw are behind it, ordinary Burmese realise what the Tatmadaw did and now support them.T rust that it's always men from India spreading this rhetoric against Rohingyas. The rest of Asia has moved on, only India is still peddling propaganda about the Rohingyas. This is why India is supporting the Tatmadaw instead of the anti-military groups because India and Tatmadaw are made for each other.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita The same thing did not happen to the Chakma. The Chakma were not stripped off their citizenship and rendered stateless. Instead of worrying about what's going on in other countries, spend this time focusing on the persecuted people in your own country. All this energy focusing on others and not a single word about what's happening in your own country.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita There is not a single Rohingya organisation that is linked to ISIS and no they absolutely did not want to impose Sharia law on Rakhine State. What propaganda are you consuming? Oh my gosh, after everything that has happened to your country you still harbour this extremist mentality. This is why Lee Kuan Yew was right about your ethnic group. His own country is collapsing right in front of our eyes and yet despite that he is still filled with extreme hatred.
1
@charlespaton3016 You are literally an Indian.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita That is history. That organisation doesn't even exist anymore. Use Google and learn about what has happened in Rakhine State since then. We are in 2023, not the 1970s. Keep up.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita I'm a Buddhist but unlike you, I live in a high income developed country which isn't plagued by Buddhist extremists who are more interested in persecuting ethnic minorities.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita Stop focusing on other persecuted minorities and start speaking up for the persecuted ethnic minorities in your own country! The whole world knows what happened in your country. Just because the war is over, does not mean discrimination no longer exists.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita Rohingyas literally had citizenship until they were stripped off it in the 1960s. There were Rohingyas in the Burmese parliament. Maybe update yourself on what's going on because there is now a Rohingya minister in Aung San Suu Kyi's National Unity Government.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita Did I say you were from Myanmar? No I did not. High income in India? Who do you think you're fooling? Always the Indian men focusing on what's going on outside of their nation rather than what's going on inside their nation. You are not a Buddhist, you simply identify as one but don't actually understand the teachings.
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita They had citizenship. Saying they didn't isn't going to change reality. If they had no citizenship, how on earth were there Rohingya politicians in the Burmese government before the rise of the Tatmadaw? With all of the issues plaguing India these days, you still focus on what's going on in other countries and no, no Bangladeshi has voted in Indian elections. You are a North Indian Hindu larping as a "Buddhist".
1
@SirisenaDhammarakhita I'm from Australia and I'm a Buddhist. Australia is a high income nation. I'm not a hateful person. Do you not have any humility? When Google is right there, you still can't use it to verify your information before you post a comment. Indian man, there were multiple Rohingyas elected to the Burmese parliament in the 1950s such as Aye Nyunt (Zura Begum) and multiple more were elected in the 1990s such as Chit Lwin Ebrahim, Tin Maung and Kyaw Min (Shamsul Anwarul Huq). Google is right there, USE IT!
