The man has features that resemble many Nepalese/Himalayan people. That's expected because one of the ancestral populations of the Jomon is related to the Kusunda who are tribal group in Nepal that is a mix of Ancient Ancestral Southern Indian (AASI) and Northern East Asian (NEA).

Ainu descend partially from the Jomon. The Jomon were a group found in Japan that developed from a southern Asian-related lineage possibly from the Himalayas and a northern Asian-related lineage possibly from Siberia. The reason why you think that man doesn't look Ainu (he does) is because of that ancient southern Asian-related ancestry that is found in the Jomon who contributed to the formation of the Jomon. That's why his features look "Indian" or "dark skinned Filipino". Hope this helps.

No. Ainu people descend from the Jomon and the Jomon are not connected to Northern India and certainly not Turkhans. Jomon are 100% East Eurasian and they descend from a "southern" East Eurasian lineage closer to the Kusunda, AASI, Andamanese and Hoabinhian of South and Southeast Asia and a "northern" East Eurasian lineage from Siberia.
