@DieHardBall It's problematic when those people in that church start suggesting that non-White people are inferior and that they shouldn't be procreating with White people.

@mudeasno1baby73 I think the OP mentioning her race made sense because she was communicating with people who practice an ideology that does not support people like her.

Exactly and the funny thing is that the majoirty of White Americans are actually of German descent, not Scandinavian heritage. They co-opted Nordic heritage to create a racist ideology.

You might be interested to know that the French colonists coined the "gens de couleur" meaning "people of colour" to refer to people who were half black in the French colonies. The term has since stuck to refer to any non-European person as it was used throughout other colonies in other parts of the world.

Hard to feel safe in a community in which your own people are not accepted because of an ideology. You can't compare that to Black churches. All those interracial couples, mixed people and other non-White people must feel very unwelcomed knowing those people are in their town. This is after all happening in a country which has always been centred around race. You don't hear this type of stuff happen in other countries like Australia or New Zealand, it's always in the US or South Africa (countries that traditionally severely discriminated against non-White people in order for their countries to function).
