@Strongpoint100 Most Brazilians are of colonial European origin and are the ones who hold power in the country. Slavic Russians are of European origin. China has wielded control and restricted its control to East Asia and is not comparable to European imperialism. I don't agree with OP's statement about the West because we are not living in colonial times anymore but singling out Brazil and Russia as examples doesn't actually make sense.

@timsonins No because the first civilisations outside of Africa were all in Asia (Fertile Crescent in Iraq, Indus Valley in India and Yangtze River in China). The first humans into Europe came from the Middle East, who were already civilised. One of the earliest waves of humans to leave Africa was the wave of humans that settled in India and everything east of it. The Sentinelese (the people in this video) are descendants of that early wave of humans. They remained isolated and did not develop with the rest of Asia.

@Devakiinable That wouldn't be the case because that island was once connected to the rest of the Andaman archipelago when sea levels were lower. When they rose, the land was split by water creating several islands in the same area. The flora and fauna of North Sentinel Island (owing to how small the island is) would have the same flora and fauna of the neighbouring, much larger, islands.
