@NoobGamer-ki9pz Well yes being neutral is maintaining relations with all parties instead of picking sides and putting all of your eggs in one basket. Instead you put your eggs in all baskets.

@NoobGamer-ki9pz Neutrality is simply not getting involved in the logistics of an issue. Generally speaking, humanitarian efforts supersedes geopolitics. So that doesn't effect India's neutrality. India's neutrality is played out it in it relations on the geopolitical landscape. Hope this helps.
