  5.  @atheistbushman  Genetics has nothing to do with that at all. If it's because of so-called "Brahmins", explain to me why Singaporean-Indians who descend from poor traders and migrants who practiced Hinduism, Islam and Christianity that settled on the island of Singapore more than 200 years ago have gone on to become one of the most successful diasporic Indian communities in the world? These people alongside other Singaporeans went on to create one of the most advanced nations on earth. It comes down to mentality which stems from culture.

  6.  @annsgal2025  There's nothing about Indian immigrants but there was a study a few years ago where they tested the IQ of 10 year old Americans and divided them along ethnic lines and the Indian Americans kids had IQs a lot higher than the American average, same with the Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Filipino American kids. Mixed race kids of half Indian and half White, half Chinese and half White, half Japanese/Korean and half White and half Filipino and half White had above average IQs too.

  8.  @calidawg111  Sports isn't everything, people are good at some things that others aren't good at. Clearly, the Indians are better at brain-oriented activities like spelling, chess and Math Olympiads among other things. Having said that, they're good at cricket and badminton

Yeah that makes absolutely no sense when most of the kids winning these spelling bees are of South Indian origin and whose languages are part of the Dravidian language family and thus not related whatsoever to Indo-European languages. You do realise your nation of India is big and not just composed of North Indians right?
