  3.  @grabble7605  It's not that serious. Not everybody hates their colonial heritage. There are many classical elements of colonial heritage that have influenced Sri Lankan society and "Ceylon" is one example of that. The country was known as Ceylon for a long time until the nationalists decided to change the name, the reality is that it should have still been called Ceylon in my opinion.

So many other Asian countries are rising. I'm sorry you suffer from internalised racism but I also put the blame on the Sri Lankan government for only partaking in corruption. If their minds were in the right place, nobody would be talking about internalised racism.
