  1. Why does everybody say this? South Korea has been receiving temporary migrants for decades. 99% of these migrants are from other Asian countries including China (most of whom are ethnic Koreans from Northeast China), Vietnam, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Philippines and Nepal. Korea also has special visa agreements it has signed with select Asian countries like the C-3 visa and E-9 Non-professional Employment visa. So if Korea were to ever increase the number of temporary migrants, they're going to get other Asians who are culturally compatible with Koreans. There is no way Korea is going to start searching for people beyond the borders of Central and South Asia. It will always will be other Asians as long as the rest of the continent remains developing.

  3. The gender imbalance in some Asian countries is so extreme. That's why the men's right movement is growing in South Korea, Japan and India. Those boys have come of age and been taught their whole life that they will have a woman by their side by to do everything for them but now they have nobody. The women in these countries are now paying the price for the way these boys have been raised. Now there are many sexually frustrated men in Asian countries where there are more men than women and that's why we're seeing things like semen terrorism in South Korea, incel extremism in Japan, gang r*pe culture in India and importation an trafficking of Asian migrant brides to rural China.

  7. What are you upset about? Korea has for decades accepted temporary migrants from other Asian countries. You don't have to be upset because the Korean government is very selective when it comes to who is let in and like I said everybody is from another Asian country.

  8. South Korea was already on the downward trajectory but after the pandemic, South Korea surpassed Japan. The pandemic knocked the bucket over for certain Asian countries. Singapore also has an extremely low fertility rate. All three of Singapore's main ethnic groups had below replacement levels of fertility in 2020: Chinese - 0.94, Indians - 0.97 and Malays - 1.83 (it's probably even lower now in 2023). That's why Singapore brings in large numbers of Malaysians (who are ethnically the same and culturally very similar to Singaporeans) into the country, but now there is anti-immigrant sentiment in the country.

  9. Yep you're right because if immigration were to cease, the local-born Australian population would eventually decline because the nation's fertility rate as a whole is below replacement level. The fertility rate for local-born Australians is probably even lower.
