  1. No, it must be paused until it is regulated, if it even can be regulated given its open source nature. It's all fun and games until it starts happily explaining how to make sophisticated chemical or biological weapons to extremists or write code that can hack critical infrastructure. This stuff is too dangerous to have out openly.
