there are NO reviews about this book on the internet and remarkably little information about what's in it. What is happening, is this some youtube comment based marketing ploy?

@sacr3 Well, no. It's actually quite psychologically destructive being isolated all the time. Yes, to the point where you die younger.

@ I also want to say you should avoid things like tinder, since at your age, these will heavily discriminate against you. I'm writing so much hoping that maybe someone else also reads this later and gets that little bit of encouragement.

@ tbh. 37 is okay. It will be a real problem at 50, but 37 is okay and it IS possibe to do something about it. Just take people on dates with no expectations sometimes, maybe something happens. It's kind of depressing reading this, since you have to already know this gets worse over time. You don't have to trust me or anything, but I have been alone for a long f*** time too.
