  30. Deranged people do this one psychotic thing you can easily spot. I call it the "knowing smile," it happens a lot. When the kid says they're a boy, and their dad is there and says they're a boy, their brain does a knowing smile and they instantly leap to what the mom says, because she seems more relatable at that moment because she's crying and screaming, and they rationalize the rest.
