  1. I was offered amway by a person on the street a couple years back. I obviously refused, because I'm not stupid, but here are the mistakes I made along the way: I didn't immediately try to search for pay disclosures. I didn't take a careful look at the business structure of the company and didn't take a record of it. (For example for some financial modelling later) I didn't take free samples of the products.
