A trespasser would not got sentenced for wounding a police officer but a person who wounded a police officer would. And rightfully so because crimes are crimes. Now you people could be arguing to morality of the assault, stopping a ‘fraudulent election’ being certified, but that’s not what you’re doing. By systematically downplaying it you try to make it look as small as possible because you don’t actually stand behind it. You can’t because you must know there was no election fraud and that Trump criminally lied like only a massive narcissistic person who can’t handle defeat would. In a normal case you’d either stand behind it or fully admit it was wrong but than you would have to explain why Trump hasn’t taken any responsibility for it and that Trump is capable of such criminal behaviour.

  13. ⁠ @damitzdesign You could be right, the majority voted for Trump and so the majority has a reason to ignore his criminally irresponsible actions on jan 6. Believing in the actual lies that led to the assault, the lies about election fraud, is barely possible anymore because Trump easily won in 2024. Not to mention the fact that he already won in 2016 and there was of course not a schred of proof.

  14.  @supermoon1430  Not a terrible president indeed, first of all, it's usual for a president to get his popularity reduced in de first vew years of his presidency, that's extremely common. Second of all, when a normal country was literally invaded by a stupid agressor a couple months ago that country was saved by a unified west wich was greatly thanks to Joe Biden for a large part. Thanks to Putin inflation here in the west goes through to roof but you people like to blame Biden for it. Third of all, Biden replaced a guy who was a nothing more than a total source of destruction for America and for the world. He wasn't capable of doing anything else than lying, insulting, dividing and only caring for himself. Every man or woman with the basic skills of a person with a good way to judge any person knows how much of an relieve it is that that guy has been replaced. Because, for example we won't have to worry anymore for any disease that raises it's head to be totally ignored by the very president.
