  1. Israel cannot possibly prevent any border crossing between Egypt and Gaza from being opened. It is Egypt that for a long time has refused to open this border. BOTH Egypt and Israel want no Gazans on their land, so stop pointing the finger at just Israel. Hamas also wants no border to be opened.

  2. Israel ended its occupation of Gaza in 2005. Hamas is the occupier of Gaza now.
