  1. not much of a news story this one. Pacifists and conscientious objectors are leaving Russia. what would you expect? Two interesting points: Ukraine does not allow such freedom of movement to any such men in Ukraine (such a democratic country) and USA, that lectures us all on inclusion and diversity, has excluded a specific nationality from using Western payment systems.
