With artillery shells raining down constantly and Zelensky replacing Ukrainian corpses with fresh troops, it is WW1 stuff, no advance needed while the enemy keeps placing live bodies within missile range. The primary aim for the Wagners is to demilitarize Ukraine. They are doing that. With Ukrainian cannon fodder all killed, maybe in summer of next year, Russia will take whatever territory it wants.
