  1. by definition, if a 7th package of sanctions is being prepared, the first 6 didn't work. If whatever appears in the 7th package is going to work, why was it not included in the first package? EU is getting desperate with its lies about the failing Russian economy as a way to deflect from the disasters hitting the European economies.
