  2. absolute kangaroo court. the very title of this piece "so, what did he do?" tells you that the charges were bogus. the allegation was that the hush money payments were entered as "legal expenses" to hide another crime, but no other crime was ever alleged! The biased judge even said "it might be tax fraud, it might be influencing an election, you don't have to agree on what the crime was".....banana republic.
