  2.  @nadia0701  looks like Trump is fine then, as there is no charge and no conviction against him for insurrection, which means, if he did "engage in insurrection", why has the legal system refused to charge him? Now, Biden on the other hand, needs to be removed from the ballot. Biden has indeed "given aid and comfort to the enemies thereof" by profiting, personally, from business dealings with China, an enemy of USA. Agreed?
