  1. doesn't matter what Trump valued his properties at. it's up to the bankers to either scoff at the valuation and reject the loan request, or accept it. if this is illegal, half the population should be in jail for over-evaluation of anything they sold. this is the best case the DA could dig up? only a radical idiot Democrat judge would bother to hear it....but that's what we got.
