@leagarner3675 DA's have to account for EVERY PENNY of any gift over $100, you know that, Fani knows that and the corrupt judge knows that. Wade paying for the whole thing would prove that Fani had a financial conflict of interest...hiring a prosecutor on top dollar and then getting treated to luxury vacations. wise up, child.
4
@gcharb2d sure, pay your boyfriend 3 times the rate of the other prosecutors, let him pay for a luxury lifestyle and make sure you leave no evidence of repaying him, nothing wrong with that at all.
3
@Hidinginthetreeline the evidence is the cell phone data. learn some basic facts. get over yourself, child. just curious, when was the last time you paid for a Caribbean cruise in cash?
2
@gcharb2d looks like reading comprehension is not your thing. no, i am not saying there is no evidence of wrongdoing. I am saying there doesn't need to be any evidence of wrongdoing, just the appearance of likely wrongdoing. the judge should dismiss the whole case because it is clear it was brought for political reasons and for the personal and financial gain of Willis. 6 charges have already been dismissed before anyone has said a word in court! let me guess, you want the trial to go ahead so the whole thing doesn't offend Biden supporters, like you, is that it?

an absolute disgrace. either a moronic judge or a cowardly judge. the cell phone evidence proved the relationship was romantic before Wade's appointment. therefore, there was a clear conflict of interest. fingers crossed the GA senate or Jim Jordan can tie Willis up in legal knots that lead to her well-deserved, ultimate demise.
1
@Hidinginthetreeline Fani did everything wrong, including assuming she would get away with it.
1
@Hidinginthetreeline the evidence of wrongdoing is overwhelming to everyone who is not blind, or, like you, willfully blind. a DA who refuses to account for every gift over $100 value is criminal, as is perjury. Fani will end up in serious trouble, as she now has to battle all the other bodies who smell corruption. Fani won't survive the GA senate investigation nor Jordan's congressional subpoenas. she trapped herself, but it's fun to watch her demise.
1
it's not a crime, but when the DA has an affair with the lead prosecutor it's the appearance of impropriety, and therefore she should be dismissed. it's as simple as that. the ethical standing that a DA has to meet is a bar much higher than others in life face.
1
@leagarner3675 yes, there is a crime. the crime is perjury. the facts are that the cell phone evidence shows Willis lied under oath. so, yes, and yes. think again and grow up.
1
@leagarner3675 the law on perjury is clear. the cell phone evidence proves Willis committed perjury. GA law is quite clear that there is a conflict of interest at play. everyone with a brain cell can see that. just hilarious that you are too devoid of brain cells to figure it out.
1
@gcharb2d and the judge ruled that way because he is a coward facing re-election. the justice system of the USA is best served by a DA that presents a case with total impartiality, perfect probity and dignity, and is SEEN to be an honest player. newsflash....that person ain't Fani Willis.
1
the funny thing is, in a trial, lawyers usually point to the lack of credibility of a witness. in the Trump case, the lawyers will start with the lack of credibility of the DA and prosecutor! "members of the jury, apologies for my late arrival to this morning's session, like the DA, I don't use a credit or debit card, just cash, and the bus wouldn't accept my dollar bill"
1
@gcharb2d 1. you assume Willis can clarify the charges! the charges were lacking substance and evidence, meaning Willis could only repeat the charge, she had nothing to show as evidence, so, no, it won't be so easy to refile, because had she had substance she would have submitted that the first time around! you talk like Willis a ten year old, unable to write! well, you maybe right on that one.
1
@gcharb2d curious you want to play mind reader and assume my thoughts on the FL case. some advice for you. rather than assuming my thoughts on the matter, try asking my thoughts first. it saves you embarrassing yourself.
1
@gscurd75 good point. surely "misappropriation of funds" would be exemplified by using tax payer money to hire a novice to lead the most high profile legal case in the state. like paying top dollar to a doctor with no experience of treating leprosy to treat everyone in the leper colony. misappropriation of funds.
1
@leagarner3675 Fani walked into court trouble. no one had to get her into court. it's Fani who thought it was a great idea to commit perjury, no one made her. Hunter and his dad are in big trouble. "10% for the big guy" tells you all you need to know. Trump and his team will have great fun getting their sweet revenge for 4 years after November.
1
@leagarner3675 i have told you the facts and the truth. i understand you can't handle the truth. the cell phone data, unlike Willis, Wade and Bradley, told us all we needed to know. or, maybe you really believe that Wade would spend overnight at Fani's place, talking business and playing scrabble?
1
@leagarner3675 Democrat voter and Harvard law professor, Alan Dershowitz, rightfully points out that people are in jail based on evidence far less than the cell phone data of Wade and Willis. you do respect Alan Dershowitz, right?
1
@leagarner3675 she's been exonerated of nothing. she has been given a darn good spanking by the judge, who didn't have the cojones to take her off the case.....the spineless cretin who donated to her campaign, surprise surprise, just couldn't bring himself to remove her.
1
@gcharb2d his salary is wholly relevant when Fani is the one who decides the salary and then gets chunks of that salary back in the form of luxury vacations.
1
@gcharb2d so the cell phone records are hearsay?
1
@leagarner3675 who was found "not guilty"? was there a trial we all missed?
1
@gcharb2d who knows what the judge believes? we only know what he decided to write in his decision.
1
@gcharb2d who knows the judge's opinion? we only know what he wrote in his decision. Bradley, a lawyer, said he was merely "speculating" when he, unprompted, stated categorically that the relationship started in 2019. yeah, right, lawyers always gossip and speculate when they know their words will end up as testimony in a courtroom. how naive are you?
1
@leagarner3675 the cell phone data proves it. but it's curious you are 100% certain that she did not lie, rather than unconvinced that she did lie. very curious.
1
@gcharb2d "the affair was a mistake" why? what made the affair a mistake?
1
@SpeakerOfTruth444 Wade is an expert in night court traffic offenses. oh, and an expert liar. he committed perjury in his divorce decree. who knows how much Wade makes at his private law firm? remember, he said a lot of his dealings are in cash! a cheap 3k cruise? Fani's waistline and total tonnage tells you she packs away far more than 3 k worth!
1
@leagarner3675 Biden was declared the winner, but nobody knows which candidate received the most valid votes in the key swing states. given that a total of about 40,000 votes determined the winner, only a tiny amount of narrow spread fraud would have made the difference. with all the mail-in ballot shenanigans, is there a good chance that electoral fraud determined the winner? absolutely. next question?
1
@leagarner3675 what makes you 100% sure that Biden won the key swing states based purely on legitimate votes? if Kamala, Hilary and many others were 100% sure that Trump did not win 2016 legitimately, why would the same people be 100% sure that Biden did win legitimately in 2020?
1
@leagarner3675 in GA, the 3% of ballots that are usually thrown out as invalid, went down, amazingly, to just 0.3%. totally normal, nothing to see here, right?
1
@leagarner3675 I answered the question perfectly. no one knows who won the 2020 presidential election. we know that Biden was declared the winner, but with only narrow spread fraud, which happens in all elections with extensive mail in ballots, all around the world, it could be that the legitimate winner was Trump. Those who deny Biden won in 2020 are in exactly the same boat as those who denied Trump won in 2016, (Hilary, Kamala etc). None of them is an "election denier". every one of them is sceptical that the declared winner was the legitimate winner, whether it be 2016 or 2020. maybe such logic and truth is way beyond your powers of comprehension. sorry for you.
1
@leagarner3675 real patriots do all in their power to ensure elections are fair. real patriots challenge election results when there are indications certain votes are not legitimate. only partisan fools just accept the declared result, in a close race, must be correct. looks like you belong in the unpatriotic second category. sorry for you.
1
@leagarner3675 who won the Bush/Gore election? what makes you so sure? who won the 2016 election? what makes you so sure?
1
@leagarner3675 do you know what "salient" means?
1
@leagarner3675 why would you edit a word that you had used perfectly correctly? you want the world to believe that because you KNEW (mind reading again) that such a word would confuse me, you were charitable and decided to use an alternative that would be comprehensible to me! aw, how generous of you. such a caring individual. and now, the truth. you used the wrong word, didn't want to show your ignorance, so you hastily edited. like Fani Willis, you lied and tried to cover up. salient does not mean "appropriate" in any context. the salient facts are the ones that stand out, whether they are appropriate or not. get educated before you start lying online, and stop being hypocritical and start criticising election deniers like Clinton and Harris, you pathetic liar.
1
@leagarner3675 Dictionary of Oxford Languages offers 32 synonyms for "salient". "appropriate" is NOT one of them. you are both ignorant and a liar. explains why you are a Biden supporter and why you assume Biden won the election legitimately.
1
@leagarner3675 very easy for you to prove you are not a liar. just tell me what to google to find "appropriate" as a synonym of "salient". crickets. par for the course with lying Biden supporters.
