  1. Sowell danced around this key question somewhat. Certain races, no matter where they live on the planet, score higher on IQ tests than other races. Chinese students in China, N America, Europe, Malaysia, score better than the others. Could this be genetic, in part? Sure. Why expect, after millions of years of evolution, for all races to arrive at the same point, mentally?
