No attacks while shipments are in process...but given the port is yet to be demined, there is no shipping yet. So, let's revise the headline..."Russia following the agreement 100% so far".

Russia has abided by the agreement, as always. No missiles to be targeted on the port area during the transit of grain shipments. Russia followed the rule. If Ukraine was too dumb to word the agreement better, then wise up and get smart.

EITHER you agree with Zelensky and the West, that the Russians fire missiles indiscriminately, OR Russians target their missiles, sometimes poorly. which one is it? It is not possible to fire BOTH indiscriminately AND target things AT THE SAME TIME. So, if your argument is that Russia does both, where is your evidence that Russia has poorer targeting than Ukraine? When you listened to the intercepted phone calls from Ukrainian forces, did they have the same kind of chatter about random firing? Let me guess, no desire to check on the Ukrainian missiles. "Ukraine good, Russia bad" is the narrative.

@KeiKAndLies exactly so! if i am so bloody dumb NOT to include such an important clause in an agreement, I am inviting you to show me how dumb I am and teach me to tighten up what is IN the contract and what is CONSPICUOULY LACKING! you are so right. Ukraine should have insisted, NO ATTACKS within a certain range of Odessa city center....but then, Russia may not have signed!

@KeiKAndLies More to the point, if Ukraine wants to be guaranteed that no missiles hit Odessa, it needs to have that clause in the agreement, loud and clear. Failure to do has consequences, obviously. Same as any other contract. Ukraine was probably advised by the EU, hence the infantile wording and lack of clarity in the agreement?

@ronagoodwell2709 How would you know what Russia was aiming for? If, as many claim, Russia fires missiles indiscriminately, then Russia is not looking for precision. If Russia is hitting military targets, it is hitting them with precision. Keep in mind, every Russian missile intercepted still has to fall somewhere. It is not a lack of "precision" when a missile that is intercepted falls somewhere unintended. Get real.

and that is the problem. Russia has warned it will ALWAYS intervene to protect the rights of Russian speaking minorities. Moldova believed Russia meant the opposite, now Transnistria exists. Georgia believed Russia meant the opposite, now Abkhazia and South Ossetia exist. Chechnya believed the opposite, now Chechnya is firmly back under Russian control. now Ukraine didn't believe Putin's warning, and Ukraine will lose. Maybe listen to and believe Russia..it will bring peace.

The agreement allows for missile strikes on the town and missiles intercepted that end up falling on the port are not taken as intended for the port. the agreement is alive and well. sounds like your support for it has disappeared.

there was no agreement for a ceasefire, except in the port areas. but then again, if Ukrainian missiles intercept a Russian missile mid air, that intercepted missile must fall somewhere. Promises to ceasefire were kept in Transnistria, Chechnya and Georgia, and will be in Ukraine, once the 5 objectives have been attained.

Putin has insisted there was never any Russian blockade..he was proven right. All along Putin insisted on clear stipulation that Russian food products and fertilizers and those of Belarus be sanctions exempt, and HE NOW HAS THAT! Putin insisted it was Western sanctions causing the food export problem, the Global South agreed and pressured the West, and again, the West capitulated. On top of all that, the agreements confirm Russian oil can be exported to third countries without limits, so the West can now buy Russian oil from middlemen, like Saudi Arabia or India, no problem, The West can avoid its own sanctions. Beginning of the end, the West in full retreat, Putin on the way to complete victory

MASSIVE WIN FOR PUTIN! Turns out Russia only agreed to cease targeting THE PORTS during times of grain TRANSIT (that would imply the ports can be targeted during loading and unloading). WEST TOTALLY CAPITULATED ON SANCTIONS, The agreement allows Russian oil to be exported to third countries (so now EU can pay high prices for buying Russian oil through middlemen like India and Saudi Arabia) AND ALL restrictions on Russian export of food and fertilizer, along with Belarus, GONE. in writing. Also, Lithuania backed down, Russian goods can go unrestricted by train to Kaliningrad. Slowly the sanctions are being walked back. Russia wins, again.

African Union and Sri Lanka told the West that the Western sanctions were the cause of the food problem, NOT Russia, and they were right. EU has now reversed itself totally and stipulated that Russian food products and fertilizers, AND THOSE OF BELARUS can now be traded without hindrance. It was the West, all along, that cared nothing about starving Africans. why are we not surprised?
