  1. ooooh, so now the West has abandoned outright victory for Ukraine and will settle for "pushing the Russians back" before any peace talks. The cracks are appearing in the West. Bit strange, as we have heard nothing but "as long as it takes" and "Russia is on the back foot".

  2. "hold Bakhmut for as long as we can" = we are getting ready to withdraw. but what happened? Russia was low on morale, poorly equipped, poorly led, just convicts and mercenaries thrown onto the front line. hmmm. or maybe media like DW just lied to us.

  3. oh boy, the mothers of those thousands of young Ukrainian cannon fodder troops massacred in Bakhmut are going to be delighted with Zelensky when they see the convicts and mercenaries flying Russian flags from Bakhmut's Mig statue.
