  1. will make no difference. throwing money at the problem of not having a weapons manufacturing base helps no one. you can't buy the time needed to train people to manufacture missiles.

  2.  @thegreatdane3627  given that Russia fires 20,000 a DAY, you highlight the hopeless position Ukraine/NATO is in. All EU manufacturers are working at full capacity already. No amount of money can ramp up production quickly. it takes years to do accomplish such a project. Russia started their expansion of such production 8 years ago. the race is lost.

All of NATO have lost the race. why do you think Russia opted to fight a war of attrition based on artillery? It has taken NATO a whole year to work out the nature of their predicament! For a whole year we heard nothing but "Russia is running out of ammo". suddenly, it is "oh s**t, NATO is close to being out of ammo" Russia has won. one day you will wake up to the hopelessness of the NATO cause and the hopelessness of NATO leaders
