  1. the problem is, NATO cannot produce weapons and ammo at the rate Russia can, and "ramping up" production takes years of planning, training, investment. cannot be done with the flick of a switch. Western media refuses to report on all the weapons, ammo and fuel facilities that Russia keeps successfully hitting. Western audiences wrongly assume what NATO sends to Ukraine ends up on the battlefield. Russia has won this.
