  2. "they prohibit their export through third nations" yes, the law prohibits this, but fails to prevent this. such is globalism, there are 101 ways that such sanctions can be avoided. Western arrogance is such that it can't grasp that what it orders can just be ignored. Macron and co still living with a colonialist mentality.
