  2. NATO is a major force, if you consider sensitivity training and electric tanks as paramount to military force. Russia has totally demilitarized the paper tiger that is NATO. The Taliban showed what a pathetic outfit NATO is in 2021. Russia must surely be tempted to roll into the Baltics because NATO is so weak, it is likely that invoking Article 5 will result in no serious opposition.
