@wom_Bat give me just one African country where the Wagners secure a regime. It's because Russia has no colonial history in Africa that so many African leaders have time for Lavrov, and not for bumbling Biden or the colonialists in the EU. Africa needs to have Russian energy, grains and fertilizers, and they will do what they can to keep Lavrov on their side. Lavrov is the true diplomat. No one in the West comes close to his skills on the world stage.
