Wagners have control of Soledar. they have surrounded it. also true Ukraine is still fighting for Soledar, but they are trapped. so the mercenaries and convicts have defeated Ukraines NATO trained and armed battalions. worrying for NATO, but no surprise to the Taliban who saw NATO incompetence in Kabul in 2021.
