  1. Only total fools would believe Ukraine + NATO could defeat Russia + Allies. The only hope for Ukraine/NATO would have been the collapse of the Russian economy. The reverse happened, so this one is over. The only question is how and when Russia will win, but whichever route it takes, Russia will win.

  2.  @zoranbeader6441  Allies on the battlefield = Chechens, Wagner Group, Syrians, DPR and LPR. Allies on the economic front = all the world, apart from the Western bubble. the West doesn't need Zimbabwe to make it surrender and beg for mercy. just needs a bunch of goat-herders called the Taliban, as shown by NATO's pathetic fiasco of a retreat from Kabul last year. Oh wait, NATO did drone an innocent Afghan family to death, so I guess that was a glorious victory in Western eyes, right?

  3. so a deluded unknown pop star (outside Russia) thinks she has some special insight into the rights and wrongs of this conflict. She doesn't, so who cares? (apart from DW)? What is interesting is that she, and a group of city deputies, are free to speak out against Putin, whereas no one would be allowed to do this in autocratic Ukraine. So if the West wants to defend democracy, they should be helping Russia, not dictator Zelensky.
