@philipboardman1357 and nothing wrong with putting the leader of the opposition under arrest, and nothing wrong with detaining the former Ukrainian president from leaving the country, and nothing wrong with merging all broadcasters in Ukraine under state control, nothing at all.....if you want Ukraine to be North Korea.

@philipboardman1357 are the LPR and DPR also nations? Are they fighting for their survival?

It's German pensioners who will freeze to death this winter, not Russians. Only the deluded think Ukraine, with or without NATO aid, can defeat Russia. Putin wins. Now for the fun of watching all the finger pointing that will follow.

@BlackEpyon remember, the West is holding Ukraine up as the great democracy! the free and tolerant nation! not Russia! If both Ukraine and Russia are authoritarian dictatorships, why are we supporting Ukraine?

@priyajoseph7108 in what way? you think Russian speakers from the Donvbass sought refuge in Russia because Russia was WORSE than Ukraine?

@edufonseca5718 Ukraine crushing the enemy? you mean in the Eurovision Song Contest?

@BlackEpyon as I pointed out, when the democratically elected president is ousted by a coup d'etat (2014), when Russian is banned as a language of education and instruction, when the former president is detained on the border, when the leader of the opposition is under house arrest, when opposition parties are banned, when broadcasting stations are united under state control, THAT is an authoritarian dictatorship. and now you know why the good people of Donbass are prepared to fight to the death for their liberty and democracy. Wise up on the truth about your beloved Ukraine.

@BlackEpyon spelling corruption and participating in corruption are two different things, and I know which one is a crime, and so do you. Maybe @ira knows how to spell thousands of words in languages you have never heard of? Nice try...focus on spelling, not the fact of Ukraine's appalling corruption...ever been to Ukraine have you?
