@lepustimidus7016 having said that, referenda in Europe right now to see how many people want to continue with all sanctions against Russia might throw up some interesting results. In 3 months time would be even more interesting!

they're only being called "sham" referendums by the media in the deluded West. Just like the deluded authoritarian West called the 2014 coup d'etat that removed Ukraine's democratically elected government "legitimate"...welcome to the West's "rules based system" that the globe is gladly rejecting.

@mduckernz funny how these "separatist agitators" did nothing between 1991 and 2014, but only flew into action by complete coincidence after Ukraine threw democracy out the window with the 2014 coup d'etat in Kiev!

The election of the Right in Sweden who campaigned against the gang violence transforming Sweden into a ghetto? Take care of each other? yeah, sure, with grenades, guns knives and machetes! You are much safer in Russia than in any Western city.

@Zero-hs5tx ah, yes, EU "democracy"...you mean having unelected people like Ursula Van der Leyen lecture 5 times elected Victor Orban about "democracy"! EU "democracy" that ignored the Danish referendum and Irish referendum and forced both countries to vote again! EU "democracy" that backs the 2014 coup in Ukraine, but condemns referenda in Ukraine! I think we all get what EU "democracy" is all about, thanks.
