  4. sadly, 2 big things need to happen for France to solve this. 1. a lot more rioting, looting and wanton criminality needs to happen if traditional France is to wake up to its plight. 2. the faces of the rampaging mobs need to be shown and seen on camera so France can see and hear who is responsible. without those two, this will keep happening over and over again.

Both Russia and Ukraine had excellent air defence systems at the start of the conflict. explains everything.
