  1. Propagandist Bell is totally missing the point. Biden already admitted that cluster bombs are being sent because the US is so low on regular shells. No one is claiming cluster bombs will create any great advantage for Ukraine. They are being sent because Russia has succeeded in demilitarizing Ukraine AND NATO. This is a desperate panic measure, as Russia knows NATO resolve is waning, Ukraine morale is low, and the kill rate is very much in Russia's favor.
