Russian subs have controlled the Black Sea since Day 1, Snake Island is irrelevant. There was never a blockade. The mines along the Ukrainian coast are UKRAINIAN...laid there to prevent a Russian seaborne invasion. It's simple. When the Ukrainians demine their coast, the grain shipments can pass, no problem.
