nah, notice how the fool doesn't read the whole text. "severe consequences" are mentioned in the bit he skips. so, everything hangs on the word "severe". given that everyone was evacuated from this area months ago, can't really be described as "severe" consequences. But what the WW2 Dam Busters did, well, sounds like Clarke wants to charge the Dam Busters with being war criminals. interesting!

yeah, the same guy that said Russia was shelling the nuclear power plant that it was occupying, the same guy that said Russia blew up its own pipeline, the same guy that that says Bakhmut is of no strategic value (even though Zelensky says Bakhmut is of great strategic value).
